Order Related

  1. Can I cancel or change my order?
    You have 24 hours to within placing you order to request a cancel. If there was passed 24 hours, please contact customer service to initiate a return after you received your order. For any special case, please contact customer support, we will try our best to help.

  2. When will my order be shipped?
    Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days

  3. How can I track my order?
    Click here and use your order number to track the shipping status. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery status to be shown. 

 

Payment Related

  1. Which payment method do you accept?
    We are accepting – PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and JCB.

  2. Why I see bigger charge on my credit card then my invoice?
    You may be incurring 2%-3% due to international transaction fees. 

  3. Why my debit card was not accepted at checkout?
    Some debit cards might not be accepted at checkout due to our card processor rules. Please contact your credit card or bank issuer for further support. We are apologizing for any inconvenience.

  4. How do I apply a promo code or using a Gift Card?
    Manually enter the promo code or gift card at checkout page, and click on “Apply”. Please note, each code can only be applied once. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with another promotions. 

  5. What currency is your price based on?
    Prices may appear in your local country currency, but the payment will be proceeding in USD. 

 

Shipping Related

  1. How do you ship and what is the shipping cost?
    we are using various shipping carriers, such as USPS, FedEx, DHL and etc. Shipping prices may vary per product, most of the products have a charge rate of 4.95$, some have free shipping. All orders above 50$ will be shipped for free.

  2. Will I receive my orders on the same package?
    Our warehouses are deployed worldwide, this why in some cases you may receive your order in separate packages and days. 

  3. Which countries are you ship to?
    We are shipping worldwide. In some cases, due to prohibitive country or shipping carrier restrictions we will have to cancel your order. In such case, we will notify you via email and will provide full refund.
     
  4. Are the customs duties included in the shipping cost?
    In general, we will cover custom duties for most order. In some cases, according to local custom policy we will not be able to cover those costs.

  5. When will I receive my order?
    Estimate shipping time is between 7 to 21 business days. Please consider any holiday which may impact on delivery times. 

 

Returns & Refund Related

  1. After how many days can I submit a refund?
    we accept returns within 30 days after you received your order.
     
  2. Are there any items which can not be return?
    Yes. Such as beach towels, underwear, items that have been used, damages, washed, missing tags. 

  3. How can I submit a refund?

  4. Do you provide returns labels?
    No. All shipping return cost will be paid by the customer. 

  5. I received damage/defective/wrong item. how can I exchange it?
    Please contact our support team, we will need a picture of the items you received and the shipping slip on the original package. Please send it to our customer together with your order number.

  6. How long will it take to receive my refund?
    After we will receive the refunded product to our warehouse, it will take 3-5 business days to show the refund in your credit card, for PayPal it will take 1-3 days to be shown.

  7. If I purchased my order with a coupon, can I return or exchange it?
    Only the exceeding value is refundable. 

  8. Can I get a refund for my gift card or item bought with it?
    No. Gift card are not refundable, and Items which bough with gift card are not eligible for refund.
