Initiating Your Return: A Step-by-Step Guide

Terms and Criteria for Processing Returns

  1. You have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to determine if an item suits your needs. To return or exchange, please reach out to us within this timeframe.
  2. Please ensure you check with us before sending back any items, as unsolicited returns may not be accepted.
  3. Please note that beauty products, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, masks, towels, underwear, used or damaged items, items without tags, and certain accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
  4. "For a successful return, items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, damage, or any alterations.
  5. Please be aware that we don't offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the error originates from AGLORYZ.
  6. Upon receiving your return tracking number or receipt, we'll process an exchange or refund.
  7. Order Cancellation Policy - If your order is listed as "In transit," we cannot accept cancellation requests. Refunds will only be issued after you've received your order; we cannot cancel or refund during transit.
  8. Please note that the original shipping charges, duties and taxes are not eligible for a refund.
  9. Gift cards are non-refundable, and purchases made using them are ineligible for a refund.
  10. We do not provide return labels. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
