The new Shipping Policy:
At AGLORYZ, every customer is essential to us. Our utmost priority is ensuring timely deliveries. Typically, you can expect your order within 7-25 business days from the placement date.

Shipping Time

  • Shipping typically requires 7 to 30 business days to reach its destination.
  • Upon dispatch, we'll provide you with an email notification containing the international tracking number.
  • Keep in mind: Total Delivery Time = Processing + Shipping.

Order Processing Time

  • Typically, order processing takes 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Once your order is prepared, we'll dispatch it that very day.

Payment Confirmation

  • Once your order is authorized and verified, we'll send you a confirmation email.
  • Please note that once payment is verified, cancellations cannot be made within this timeframe. However, we will do our utmost to assist with any other requests.

Shipping Cost

  • Free shipping is extended for orders valued at $49.9 and above.
  • Orders below this threshold are subject to a $4.95 shipping fee.
  • Please note that some products below 49.9$ may have a different shipping rate.

Shipping Logistics:

  • We employ an array of reputable shipping carriers, including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and more, to ensure your package is handled with care and reaches you promptly.
  • Some orders, due to global warehouse positioning, might arrive in separate shipments.

Global Reach:

  • AGLORYZ is proud to provide worldwide shipping. In exceptional cases where certain country restrictions apply or a specific carrier can't deliver, we will communicate this promptly and process a full refund.

Tracking Your Order

  • To track your order, please click “Track Order” for more information.
  • A shipment confirmation, inclusive of a tracking number, will be sent to you once your order embarks on its journey.
  • Carriers might, on occasion, leave your package in alternative safe spots like with neighbors or building managers. We recommend checking there if tracking indicates delivery but the package isn’t immediately visible.
  • Delivery requirements, such as signatures, are at the carrier’s discretion.
  • While many of our products ship together, some might arrive separately. You can always log into your account to check the number of tracking numbers associated with your order.

Shipping Delays

  • Shipping times are estimates that begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of your order. Delays may occur due to incorrect addresses, customs clearances, or other unforeseen reasons.
  • Delivery typically takes between 30 to 90 days for certain countries. If your order exceeds our stated delivery timeframe, we offer compensation as outlined in our shipping policy.
  • If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please submit a ticket within 4 months of the shipment date. Our team will respond within 24 hours. We kindly request your understanding, as late submissions might not be accommodated.

Customs and Duties:

  • Customs duties are generally the responsibility of the recipient. Local customs policies may sometimes result in additional charges, which are not covered by AGLORYZ.

  • Please be aware that shipping and billing discrepancies might require further verification, possibly affecting delivery timelines.
  • Large orders of a single product might experience slight delays to ensure inventory consistency.
