Frequently Asked Questions

1.   How do you ship and what is the shipping cost?
we are using various shipping carriers, such as USPS, FedEx, DHL and etc. Shipping prices may vary per product, most of the products have a charge rate of 4.95$, some have free shipping. All orders above 50$ will be shipped for free.

2.   Will I receive my orders on the same package?
Our warehouses are deployed worldwide, this why in some cases you may receive your order in separate packages and days. 

3.   Which countries are you ship to?
We are shipping worldwide. In some cases, due to prohibitive country or shipping carrier restrictions we will have to cancel your order. In such case, we will notify you via email and will provide full refund.
 

4.   Are the customs duties included in the shipping cost?
In general, we will cover custom duties for most order. In some cases, according to local custom policy we will not be able to cover those costs.

5.   When will I receive my order?
Estimate shipping time is between 7 to 21 business days. Please consider any holiday which may impact on delivery times.

 

Important Notes

The following sections may result in delayed shipping:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Shipping address does not match billing address

  • Payment delay or issue

  • Orders held because they contain a large quantity of a single item that would cause inventory depletion (note: this is an infrequent circumstance)

  • Fedex/UPS/USPS failure to deliver (e.g. severe weather conditions) 

 

Tracking your shipment:

We send you a shipment confirmation email once your order ships. Your order will be sent 24-72 hours from your purchase. You can track you order status here.  

 

Finding Your Box

If the tracking information shows the order has been delivered, be sure to check everywhere - occasionally, carriers leave deliveries with neighbours, building managers, or places such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes. If there is no tracking information or the tracking information shows the item was returned to us, please contact us here by email or at contact@agloryz.com
We may have the wrong shipping address, the driver may have unsuccessfully attempted delivery, or the carrier may have lost it.

 

If You Are Not Home
It is up to the driver's discretion whether to require a signature when delivering your order or whether to simply drop it off at your doorstep or with a building manager or doorman.

 

Products Arriving Together
Most of the products are all shipped out together in one box and will arrive at the same time. Occasionally they may be shipped in more than one package, and they may arrive separately-although that is rare. If you log in to your account, you can see the number of tracking numbers listed for your order. That determines the number of packages that were shipped. On the FedEx/UPS/USPS website, you can also see the estimated delivery date for each package.
